Apple-cinnamon-carrot tart with orange zest
- 250g of soft flour
- 125γρ βούτυρο κρύο κομμένο σε κύβους
- 45g of powdered sugar
- 1 egg (60g)
Method of Implementation
Butter-flour-sugar in the mixer add a mixture at the end of the egg and knead by hand. In the fridge the dough wrapped in a film for 30 minutes. Then you adjust it to tights. Place the cakes in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and bake at 180 degrees up and down. Then put the apple-cinnamon-carrot jam and orange zest over top.
