Oxylithos is the largest village in the Municipality of Kymi. It is just two hours from Athens, in central Evia, towards the Aegean Sea. It is built on a hill, on the slope of an extinct volcano. It has great views and very green. Oxylithus is known as the "Mystras" of Evia, thats because it has four Byzantine churches, important Christian ruin s and well-known customs, such as the Feast of the Virgin Mary on August 15th. Ends up at a beautiful beach called Stomio, a summer resort that is full of people on July and August.
